This is a share hse with two women aged between 45+50. We are both smokers. We both work parttime one days, one evenings. The yard is fenced and large. Two cats live here as well. One of us is gay the other straight, so you would have to be OK with that. If ness. could fit a couple and child useing small sun room as childs room. There is only one bathroom (shower only) and two toilets. Off street parking aval. With some help I can empty one lock up shed to be used for your storage. I would not require rent but would like contribution to gas & electric as I am a low income earner. Happy to help where I can. Mandy
