CommentsThis property is in a gated community in Caloundra. Most tenants are resident retirees (and can be a little tricky) so whilst children and pets are fine with us, they need to be considerate of others sharing the space. Our unit is double storey, with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs but the rest of the complex is wheelchair friendly.There are tennis courts and swimming pools, and a dog friendly beach is close by. This offer would best suit people needing short term time out from the difficulties of flooded homes. Our preference is to offer our home to those who are limited by their economic and social circumstances. Our thoughts, like many others, are with the Grantham folk who may need to hide from the world for a short time.
